    Overview

In every estate planning process, even in the most loving and not dysfunctional families, the concern of potential litigation is always present resulting from an unhappy beneficiary or heir.  Since virtually every litigated matter is presently subject to mediation in California, this presentation is intended to provide planners of various types insight into the process used to resolve such conflicts so the planners may anticipate such processes in their own work, and for litigators, the presentation is designed to provide greater insight into the mediation processes relating to these unique disputes.
