Samuel A. Donaldson is a law professor at Georgia State University in Atlanta, where he teaches courses in federal tax, estate planning, property, commercial law, and professional responsibility. He has also taught law school courses at the University of Washington, Northwestern University, the University of Florida, and Emory University. An Academic Fellow of ACTEC, Professor Donaldson is the Tax Editor for the Probate Practice Reporter and a member of the bar in Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. He speaks at many conferences around the country.
